Situated steps away from Bear Trap's newest outdoor pool, this property features a private screened porch and rear deck to relax on while overlooking a small pond. This is a vacation home for the entire family to enjoy. This beautifully-decorated and furnished rental also offers stereo with CD player and ceiling fans. Loft has two singles (pop-up trundle). The property is a spacious 1939 square feet. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer too. Non-smoking.

Community Amenities & Features: The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court, saunas and community meeting room with free wireless internet for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. The community amphitheater offers a number of live performances during the summer. An additional per person fee is required for use of the amenities.
