Fitastic Kids*

Activities include tagging, dodging, beach ball volleyball, net activities, earth ball challenges, cooperative games and partner activities. Children should wear loose comfortable clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. Instructor Carol Hartnett is a certified health and physical education teacher at Worcester Preparatory School and coach’s soccer, basketball and lacrosse. Guardian supervision is not required.
Kids Night Out!*

Group Swim Lessons*

Group swim lessons are for the beginner and intermediate ability levels. Guardian supervision required.
Junior Lifeguards*
Monday-Thursday, 6/14-92 - 9 a.m.-noon
Edgewater Promenade, Lifeguard Office
Ages: 9-16
Cost: $300/seasonal/participant or $100/weekly/participant
Beach safety, equipment instruction and use and CPR and First Aid awareness. Participant will receive a t-shirt, visor, sunscreen, USLA membership, optional participation in local and national competitions and program completion certificate. Participant will be recognized at the Thursday evening bonfire at 7 p.m. on the Georgetowne Beach. Taught by John Zirkel and assisted by Sea Colony Beach Patrol. Guardian supervision is not required.
Bingo
Monday & Wednesday, 6/14-9/1 - 7-8 p.m.
Edgewater Promenade (In case of inclement weather will be held in the Edgewater Community and Kiddie Kamp rooms).

Sandcastle Contest
Thursday, 6/17-9/2 - 9:30 a.m.-noon
On the beach between between Edgewater and Georgetowne houses
Ages: All ages
Cost: No charge
All patrons participating must give a name for their castle to the activity staff. They will receive a popsicle stick with a number. All castles will be judged by noon. Pictures will be taken of the castles and posted on seacolonyrecreation.org. Prizes and certificates will be given out at the bonfire that night at 6:30 p.m. Bring your popsicle stick to the bonfire to enter a door prize raffle. Guardian supervision required.

Award ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m. with bonfire to follow at 7 p.m. Marshmallows and dowel rods are provided. Entertainment too. Guardian supervision required.
Swim Meet Money Hunt
Monday & Wednesday, 6/14-9/1 - 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Monday: Ocean Pool 4, Wednesday: Aquatics Center (T-4)
Ages: 4-12
Cost: No charge
Children ages 4-12 (broken down into age groups) swim relays. All swimmers will receive a ribbon. Sixty dollars ($60) in change will be put in the pool, along with one penny with a hole in the middle. The lucky winner who finds the penny with the hole will receive a prize. Participants get to keep all the money they find. Guardian supervision required.
Dodge Ball Mania
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 6/22-8/25 - 4:15-5:15 p.m.

A new take on hockey using 4 "gator skin" balls and pool noodles as sticks. Fast-paced game with 20-minute shifts.
Teen Bonfire
