ResortQuest Delaware manages hundreds of Sea Colony vacation rental properties, including privately-owned oceanfront condos with breathtaking views, spacious townhomes with room for the whole family, and secluded single-family homes just steps from the beach.

Guests to both Sea Colony Oceanfront and Sea Colony Tennis enjoy exclusive access to the resort community's half-mile of private guarded beach, 12 pools (two indoor, plus seven more for the kids), world-class tennis facilities and instructors, fitness and aquatics center, lots of lakes and more. The resort community also offers a variety of programs, including Club Sea Colony and Dinner and a Movie, which are designed to make Sea Colony a great escape for families and visitors of all ages.

Sea Colony's Oceanfront
Spanning the community's half-mile of private beach, the nine high-rise and two low-rise condominiums of Sea Colony's oceanfront offer front row seats to Atlantic sunrises. Home to five oceanfront pools (one indoor and three kiddie pools too!), these beaches come complete with classic chairs and umbrellas and a variety of activities, including the weekly bonfires and sandcastle contests. The oceanfront accommodations include one- to three-bedroom condos, fully equipped to make them a perfect home away from home, at the beach.

Sea Colony's West Tennis Community
Home to the community's world-class tennis offerings, Sea Colony's West Tennis Community features many fish-filled lakes and ponds and many convenient pools (four outdoor, one indoor and kiddie pools, too). At the fitness center, an indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, indoor gym, free weights and other exercise equipment await those looking for exercise at the beach. Just a shuttle ride to the Sea Colony's private beach, the homes of Sea Colony's West Tennis Community offer relaxation in the heart of it all.
